Exchanges

If you would like to initiate an exchange on a product purchased, please either:

• Bring the product (in new, unworn/unused condition with original packaging and tags) to our East Village store.
• For shipped orders in new, unworn/unused condition with original packaging and tags, send an email to [email protected] (exchange shipping will be at purchasers cost).

Returns

Returns are processed at the discretion of NYC Velo, and are returned to store credit only. All discounted sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please email [email protected] with any questions.
